Rhymes with...tune?
So apparently someone flipped some switch over at the old Microsoft today, and I am finally able to tell people what Nate works on: Zune! (Seriously, watch the video - with sound. I am completely obsessed with the Apple switch ads [Warren P. Cheswick!], not to mention the whole iPod aesthetic, but even I love this. And keep watching after the song ends. There's more! [The guy with the rabbit...!])
And I guess he can show it to people. So come on over and see the Zune!
No, I am NOT giving up my Nano.

Did I ever tell you about the time I met Justin Long? And you know the girl in those commercials? The "new camera from Japan"? My friend is her agent.
I'll have to wait until after work to watch the video, but I'm sure it's exciting.
Whoa! Cool. I'm not "switching" either, but more competition is better.
And I would really like to have a copy of that song.
Nice nested parens/brackets, btw. You're very facile with those.
YOU MET JUSTIN LONG?!?! Oh, please tell me the story.
Perhaps you could get a copy of that song if you bought a Zune! (I mean, maybe. That is purely my own speculation.) (And thanks! [hee])
I was at a party for the Sarasota Film Festival with friends and we just started chatting. We were talking about California and complaining about LAX. He said he'd just flown in from LA. Having no idea that he was an actor, I asked whether he'd been there for work or pleasure. He said work and I asked what he did. To his credit, he did not say, "I'm in The Industry." Some rude girl who seemed to recognize him interrupted me mid-sentence, but he was very sweet and politely brushed her off to continue our conversation. He was honestly so polite that the whole thing stands out in my mind most for its dissimilarity to the majority of my conversations with male strangers.
But I hear he's done with the Apple campaign...
Hmph. Yeah, I bet I *could* get a copy of the song if I bought a Zune. But that'd be one expensive song. I spend money thoughtlessly, but I'm not *that* bad.
Wow BS, that is a GREAT story! I bet he was hitting on you! [jealous!] I love him for his role on Ed, and I choose to ignore that whole terrible Herbie/Lindsey Lohan debacle.
No more Apple ads?!?!
I doubt he was hitting on me, didn't get that vibe, but he was incredibly polite. And the agent friend says Apple was shopping for a new actor.
